What are the building’s hours of operation?
The building is unlocked, and staffed with security, from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday,  and locked on Saturday and Sunday. The building is also locked on the six major federal holidays. Tenants have 24 hour access to the building through our key card system. Tenant access cards are to be used to enter the building after hours and on weekends. 

What are the Management Office hours of operation?
The Transwestern Management Office is open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday except for holidays. This office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

How do I contact the Management Office after normal business hours?
After normal business hours you can leave a message for the Management Office by calling 630-388-0012. If there is an emergency, please dial 630-462-3386 and this will take you to a live answering service, the service will call the appropriate Management/Engineering personnel.

What are the ways I can submit a service request or a work order?
Simply click on the ' Tenant Services ' link at the top of the page.  You can also call the Management Office at 630-388-0012.

What are the miscellaneous services provided by the building to tenants at an additional cost?
The Management Office can quickly arrange a number of other special services. Our arrangements include, but are not limited to:

Remodeling/Redecorating
Specialized Cleaning
Day Porter Services
After Hours Heating/Air Conditioning
After Hours Security Coverage
Suite Keys, Locks, etc.
Hanging Pictures
Light Replaced

What hours does heating / air conditioning run and am I able to request extended heating and/or air conditioning?
The building provides heating and air conditioning Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM, except major federal holidays. Any tenant requiring heating / air conditioning beyond these hours can enter their service request online via the “Submit a Request” link that's located in the lower left corner of every page.  You can also call the Management Office at 630-388-0012. All after hours heating and/or air conditioning is at an additional charge and must be requested at least 24-hours in advance of service or 48-hours for the weekends.

How often does our office space get cleaned?
The building janitorial crew cleans the building and your office space every night, Monday through Friday except legal holidays. Cleaning crews typically start at approximately 5:00 PM and may work until 1:30 AM. This includes trash removal, vacuuming the carpets, light dusting and any items thrown away that are clearly marked.

Does every employee need to have a building access card?
It is entirely up to the tenant to decide what employees have access into the building or their suite. We strongly recommend that all building tenants carry their building access card at all times due to high security in the building. Your access card is required for after-hours access to the building and the fitness center*.
*Fitness Center access is provided to those employees who have completed a waiver.

When the power goes out, what do I do?
If you experience a power outage, please contact the Management Office immediately at 630-388-0012. If it is after hours, please dial 630-462-3386, this will take you to a live answering service, the service will call the appropriate Management/Engineering personnel.

When an incident occurs (i.e., someone slips and falls or has a medical emergency), what do I do?
If required, contact the appropriate medical authorities and then contact the Management Office at 630-388-0012. The Management staff will be able to promptly dispatch personnel to ensure that the medical authorities are directed to your space as quickly as possible, as well as, to ensure that an elevator is immediately available for the medical authorities use. After the emergency is handled, or in the case that it does not require medical attention or transportation, an incident report must be filed with the Security Guard in the Main Lobby.

Where should deliveries be directed and at what time frame are deliveries permitted?
All deliveries should be directed to the loading dock. All major moves/deliveries must be scheduled in advance during non-business hours, 5:30 P.M – 7:00 A.M. Monday through Friday, all day Saturday, or all-day Sunday. A current certificate of insurance from the delivery or moving company is required prior to the delivery or pickup.  Please contact the Management Office for certificate of insurance requirements.  Please refer to the "Deliveries" tab for additional information.

What elevators should delivery personnel utilize?
All deliveries must utilize the building freight elevator; no deliveries will be permitted to use the passenger elevators.
