Urgent Requests

All requests for service or questions regarding the building or operations should be entered into the Angus online request system.  Please access the website by going online at Tenant Services.  To ensure a prompt and timely response to tenant needs, each tenant should designate one person (or in the case of large tenants, one segment of its operation) to be responsible for conveying service requests to the Management Office.

 

When requesting Maintenance, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  1. Your name, company name and suite number
  2. Contact phone number
  3. Clearly identify the nature and location of the problem
