3 Steps to Connect

Here’s how to get started with voice, internet, TV or cloud service in 3 steps:

  1. Order:
    Contact your service provider to order service.
    Call your preferred provider (.e.g AT&T, Comcast, etc.) to order your voice, internet, TV or cloud service.
  2. Connect:
    Schedule your connection with IMG.
    Call IMG at (888) 464-5520. IMG technicians will connect your suite to the riser so your service provider has a clear path to deliver service to you.
  3. Activate:
    Call your service provider to activate service.
    After IMG completes the connection, you need to contact your service provider(s) to complete activation.

Helpful Tips:

  • Start early. It may take up to 6-9 weeks to connect and activate service.
